From our farm to your fork..
100% Grass fed, fattened & finished
In our 1/8 Portion, you can expect an average total weight of approx. 30kg charged at our flat rate of $23/kg with a $200 deposit required to secure your order. After your portion has been weighed, we will send you an invoice for the remaining cost outstanding ( you will only be charged for the weight you receive - we do not charge dressed weight) and confirm your delivery time. We then bring to you in our mobile cool room and go through the box with you, answering any questions you may have on cooking individual cuts.
Each cut is vacuum sealed in convenient meal sized packs expertly butchered into our chosen cut list:
80/20 Mince (in 500g packs), GF Sausages in natural casings (in 1kg packs), Diced beef (in 1 kg packs), Corned silverside, T-bone steaks (packaged individually), Rump steaks (1 large steak per bag ), BBQ steaks (in 500g packs), Cattleman’s Cutlets (packaged individually), Eye fillet steak, Topside roast, Traditional Rolled / Spit roast, Blade roast, Brisket, Beef strips (in 500g packs), Sausage mince (in 1kg pack), Steakettes (6/tray), Osso Bucco, Restaurant Style Bone Marrow & collagen rich Meaty Broth Bones. Offal available on request. Free dog bones available with your order - just let us know.
Even if you have limited freezer space, due to the extended fridge shelf life you get from vacuum sealing, with clever meal planning this pack could readily fit in your house fridge/freezer.

Approximately 60kg of 100% grass fed prime beef conveniently vacuum packed into meal size portions, delivered to your door.
Whether you like to fill the freezer or are catering for events, the certainty of a flat rate of $23/kg allows for budgeting without having to worry about seasonal/retail market rate, meat shortages or inflation increases.
Charged at our flat rate of $23/kg, a $400 deposit (approx. 30% of your portion) is required to secure your order. After your beast has been weighed, the remaining weight is calculated and invoiced for payment prior to delivery.
The same cuts you can expect in your 1/4 portion are, you guessed it, double the 1/8 pack, and are:
80/20 Mince, sausages in natural casings, Diced beef, beef strips, Corned Silversides, Eye fillets, Cattleman’s Cutlets, Rolled roasts, T- bone steaks, Osso Bucco, Bone Marrow boats, Rump steaks, BBQ steaks, Steakettes, Topside Roasts, Blade roasts, Briskets, Meaty Broth Bones & Sausage mince .

A 50% deposit is required to secure your portion of our 100% grass fed prime beef 1/2 beast.
Securing a 1/2 beast gives you the premium option of having your animal butchered according to your own personal cut list that would not currently be offered in our 1/4 & 1/8 portion packs such as Tomahawks, Short Rib Racks, flavoured sausages and anything in between
After your 1/2 beast has been weighed, your order (less deposit) will be charged at our flat rate of $23/kg and vacuum sealed into your personally curated pack.
*If you would like to leave the cut list up to us, then our standard cut list applies, but these options will be discussed in full with you prior to butchering.
We then deliver right to your fridge door straight from the Butcher in our mobile cool room.
